A press conference has been held by the so-called 'People's Commission' against 116 respected scholars and 1000 madrasas of the country in protest of the administrative obstruction in organizing the ulama conference on counterfeit white paper and what should be done to prevent conspiracies against Islam and the country. It was presided over by Allama Nurul Huda Faizi, President of Ulama Mashashekh Aimma Parishad. It was supposed to be held at 9 am today at the Institution of Diploma Engineers in the capital.

The press conference was held at the central office of the Islamic Movement of Bangladesh on Thursday (June 2).
