Bangladeshi Expats in Rome Unite Demanding Justice for Mamun's Murder in Italy

Bangladeshi expatriates in Italy have organized a protest meeting to condemn the brutal murder of fellow expat Mamun. The meeting was held last Sunday (July 6) afternoon at Rome's Montagnola Central Square.
Leaders from the Bangladeshi community and other expatriates participated in the protest. Speakers strongly condemned Mamun's murder and demanded the swift arrest and exemplary punishment of the perpetrators.
Local expat leaders, representatives of social organizations, and Bangladeshis from various professions residing in Italy delivered speeches. They stated, "We are suffering from a sense of insecurity. The way a hardworking person like Mamun was murdered has caused immense grief in our hearts."
Speakers urged the Italian government to conduct a fair investigation into the murder and initiate the judicial process promptly.
During the event, the President of the 9th Ward spoke on behalf of the Mayor of Rome Municipality. In his address, he stated that the Italian administration is working towards ensuring justice for Mamun's murder and pledged full cooperation to Mamun's family.
The meeting concluded with a special prayer and munajat (supplication) for the salvation of the deceased Mamun's soul.
