High Commission assistance to sick expatriate Jalil in transfer of flight tickets

Expatriate Bangladeshi worker Mohammad Jalil Shikder was handed over an air ticket funded by Wage Earners' Welfare Board to return to the country, Bangladesh High Commissioner in Maldives, Rear Admiral SM Abul Kalam Azad. This ticket was handed over to the High Commissioner's office at ten o'clock this morning.

Expatriate Bangladeshi activist Mohammad Jalil Shikder was seriously ill for a long time.

It is known that Mohammad Jalil's house is in Bakerganj upazila of Barisal district.

Bangladesh High Commissioner Mission Counselor (Labour) Md. Sohail Parvez and High Commission's Welfare Assistant Mr. Al Mamun Pathan were also present during the air ticket handover.
