BNP protest rally in Khagrachari

Khagrachhari representative:

BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and the only Nobel Peace Prize winner in Bangladesh. Khagrachhari district BNP affiliates and allied organizations have staged a protest rally against the disrespectful remarks of the illegitimate government Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and death threats against senior citizens of the country including Muhammad Yunus.

 The protest rally was held today (May 26) at 11:30 am in front of the district BNP office in Khagrachhari Bazar.

Central BNP Labor Secretary AM Nazim Uddin was present as the chief guest at the protest meeting presided over by district BNP senior co-president Babu Prabin Chandra Chakma, while district BNP general secretary MN Abshar was the special guest.

District BNP Joint Secretary Mosharraf Hossain, Animesh Chakma Rinku, Organizing Secretary Abdur Rob Raja, District Juba Dal General Secretary Md. Ibrahim Khalil, District Swechchhasebak Dal President Nazrul Islam, District Chhatra Dal Organizing Secretary Ekram Hossain spoke under the direction of District Juba Dal President Mahbub Alam Sabuj. Speakers at the meeting said that he was the one who illegally threatened to assassinate Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina from the highest place of the state but led a protest procession in Dhaka to protest the attack on Sheikh Hasina in 1989. Former Prime Minister BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia called for Hasina's release in One-Eleven.
