The hanging body of a fifth class student was recovered at Sapahar in Naogaon

Police have recovered the body of a fifth class student named Jannatun (13) from Sapahar in Naogaon.

The body was recovered from the bedroom at noon on Sunday (July 4). Koch of Jannatun Upazila is the daughter of Jahidul Islam of Kurulia village.

Sapahar Police Station OC (Investigation) Al Mahmood said Jannatun used to study at the house of his grandfather Sahib Ali. At noon, the family members entered the house and saw Jannatun's hanging body. Then they informed the police.

He added that the body was recovered and sent to Naogaon Sadar Hospital for autopsy. However, the exact reason why he committed suicide is not yet known.
