The Struggle for Establishing Islam and Human Rights is a Question of Humanity, Not Just Principle – Maulana Abdul Qadir Saleh

Professor Maulana Abdul Qadir Saleh, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Khilafat Majlish and Director of the Europe Zone, stated, "The struggle for Islam and human rights is not just a question of principle; it is a question of humanity. Everyone must work unitedly to establish people's fundamental rights and form a state based on justice and fairness." He presented this as the chief guest's address at a Khilafat Majlish Europe Zone conference held in Paris on October 27.
The Europe Conference was organized by the Khilafat Majlish Europe Zone (Europe Majlish Associate) and took place in the hall room of the Istikutum Restaurant at Cathsomar in Paris, the capital of France.
Representatives from various European countries participated in the day-long conference, which was presided over by the organization's Europe Zone Assistant Director Qari Abdul Mukit Azad and conducted by the France Branch General Secretary Maulana Nazrul Islam.
Special guests at the conference included: Moniruzzaman Jamaddar, Team Member of the Europe Zone and former President of the Italy Branch; Maulana Muhammad Selim Uddin, President of the France Branch; Maulana Humayun Rashid Razi, President of the Italy Branch; Alhaj Enamur Rahman, Vice President of the UK North Branch; Alhaj Kabi Mufidul Gani Mahtab; Maulana Humayun Rashid Nuri, Vice President of the Italy Branch; Maulana Abdul Karim, Joint General Secretary of the UK South Branch; Maulana A.F.M. Shuaib, Joint General Secretary of the UK North Branch; Abdul Karim Obaid, Joint General Secretary of the UK South Branch; Alhaj Khosru Khan, Executive Member of the North Branch; and Dr. Ohidul Alam.
Other speakers included Muhammad Al Islam, Baytul Mal Secretary of the UK North Branch; Dr. Azabul Haque and Maulana Abdul Ahad of the South Branch; Maulana Nufais Ahmad Borkotpuri and Maulana Anisur Rahman of the London Metropolitan Branch; Maulana Delwar Hossain; Maulana Kawsar Uddin, President of the Paris Branch; Mufti Habibur Rahman; Maulana Badrul Haque, General Secretary of the Spain Branch; and Delwar Khan and Maulana Shamim Ahmad from the Italy Branch, among others.
During the conference, representatives from various European countries, including France, England, Italy, and Spain, presented their respective branches' annual activity reports and outlined future plans. The conference concluded with a renewed pledge to work for Islamic ideals, a just society, and human welfare.
