On the occasion of historic 7th March 2024, a discussion meeting and prayer program was held with due dignity on the initiative of Maldives Awami League. Yesterday, March 8, every Friday at 10:00 PM, the event was held at Mabia Magu Hotel Sixty Six Restaurant in the capital of Maldives. Alhaj Dulal Madbar, president of Maldives Awami League, prominent businessman and politician, was present as the chief guest in the discussion and prayer program conducted by Maldives Awami League organizing secretary Md. Mizanur Rahman Anis.

NBL Mani Tanspar Local Director Hannan Khan Kabir was present as special guest. Maldives Awami League Senior President Haji Md Sadek, Vice President Md Monir Hossain Vice President Md Faizur Rahman Joint General Secretary Md Nur Alam Rintu etc.

   The speakers along with the chief guest of the program remembered Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and brave freedom fighters with deep respect in their speeches. They highlighted the context of the historic speech of March 7 and mentioned various educational aspects of Bangabandhu's magical speech. They also mentioned that just as Bangabandhu's speech on 71st united all Bengalis, this speech will inspire everyone in any future crisis. The global recognition of this speech by UNESCO is a matter of honor for all of us. This speech will inspire our future generations as well as inspire any freedom-seeking people in the world. Party Secretary Md Rubel Mridha Campaign Secretary Anwar Hossain Raju Deputy Finance Secretary Md Delwar Hossain were also present on the occasion. Md. Sohail Rana Md. Billal Khan Md. Parvez Md.
