After Giyas Uddin, Aminul Islam took charge as the president of the association. Since then, the retired cashier of Sonali Bank, Osman Gani, who has been in charge of the general secretary of the association for a long time, sold the 4 microbuses and motorcycles bought by the association by tricking the association's Moinul Islam, Sujadur Rahman and Mamun and taking the savings of the members himself to his own satisfaction. Continued activities.

It was alleged in the press conference that Osman Gani admitted his daughter to a private medical college by paying Tk 17 lakh with the society's money. He married another girl with fanfare by spending 10 lakh rupees and bought a 15th century land in his name in Raghunathpur Mauza of the city and is building a 5-storey building. Bankrupt the society by embezzling the society's money. At the same time, Osman Gani strategically stopped the activities of the association without returning the money collected by the members. The District Cooperative Authority canceled the registration of the association in 2016 due to lack of activities of the association.

Meanwhile, after the cancellation of the association's registration, Osman Gani attacked and looted his business establishment by placing the responsibility of the association on former president Giyas Uddin to protect himself. Ghiyas brought various harassment cases against Uddin in the court to discredit him. After losing the case, Osman Gani and his people are constantly threatening Giyas Uddin. When Sonali Bank's retired cashier Osman Gani was contacted on mobile phone on Thursday afternoon, he denied the allegations and said that the allegations leveled against him are completely false and baseless. Attempts are being made to frame him.
