Jamila Khatun High School Reunion-22 Convening Committee Announcement

The convening committee has been announced on the occasion of the first reunion-2022 of Jamila Khatun High School, a renowned educational institution of Chandpur Matlab Uttar Upazila.
Maksudur Rahman Mithu of batch 97 is the convenor of the committee and Mazharul Islam Iqbal of batch 01 is the member secretary and a convening committee of 25 members has been formed.
Last 11 July-2022 AD, on Monday, a partial convening committee of five members was announced by unanimous consent of all present at an Eid reunion event of the former students of the school. Later they were given the responsibility to prepare full committees in coordination with each batch. In continuation of that, the full committee was announced on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

The members are, Jisan, Sakibul Islam, Sufi Ahmed, Jewel Rana, Golam Rabbani, Shahadat Hossain, Md. Ripon Khan, Md. Mehdi Sikder, Md. Rubel Sarkar, Md. Qayoum, Md. Riyad Hossain, Md. Ismam Ahmed Sajib, Md. Nazmul, Md. Aziz.
Convenor Maksudur Rahman Mithu told Batayan24 on the occasion of the reunion event, although the school was established in 1991, no reunion or reunion event has been held in this school so far. So this year we all alumni gathered together, interacted with the school's current esteemed faculty as well as the founder of the school, Mahaday. Hoping to organize a successful reunion event with everyone's sincere cooperation.
In this regard, the member secretary Mr. Mazharul Islam Iqbal told Batayan24 that the successful implementation of the school's first reunion program is definitely a challenge. But we are ready to face that challenge. He expected the cooperation from all the former students of the school from their respective positions.
It is to be noted that the probable date of Jamila Khatun High School's first reunion program has been fixed on 24 December 2022, every Saturday and the registration fee has been fixed at 800 taka and the registration fee of family members (guests) has been set at 500 taka.
No registration fee for children below five years of age. Every member can confirm registration for spouse and children as family members (guests).
In 1991, Mr. Alhaj AB Mainuddin Hossain, a distinguished social worker and educationist, established the school there. In 1996, the school participated in the first SSC examination.
