Amir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim Pir Saheb Charmonai of Islamic Movement Bangladesh has said that politics is for the welfare of the people. To establish the rights of the masses. Today ordinary citizens of the country have no rights, no respect. All rights are enjoyed by those in power and their allies. If the election is held with the Jatiya Sangsad in place, it will not be fair and acceptable, but again it will be a farce in the name of elections like 2014 and 2016. We want an acceptable national election with the participation of all parties under an election-time national government within the next 90 days by dissolving the current parliament. With that election the ongoing crisis of the country will be over. Not everyone in Awami League is corrupt, there are good people in BNP too. We want to build a prosperous Bangladesh with all the principled, good people and ideal citizens of the country. I want an end to the dirty politics of conflict. So the next election is not for the party; May it be for a prosperous and prosperous country. We want to move forward with everyone to achieve the main goal of independence.

Pir Saheb Charmonai said that in order to make sense of the freedom bought in the blood of Bangladesh, the people's right to vote should be restored immediately. The rule of law must be established. The administration must be held accountable. We have to create a fair political culture. The ruling party wants to hold elections in the future by keeping the National Assembly intact. Our experience with the elections held under the present government is not pleasant.

Pir Saheb Charmonai made the remarks while addressing as the chief guest at the Chittagong Divisional Rally of Islamic Movement Bangladesh at the historic Outer Stadium in Chittagong today (May 26) at 2 pm.
