A large quantity of soybean oil was recovered from a trader's house in Fatikchhari

Dantmara Investigation Center Police has recovered 2,000 liters (approximately) of soybean oil from a trader in Baganbazar No. 1 of Fatikchhari Upazila.
The oil was recovered from the house of a businessman in South Gazaria area of Ward 7 of Baganbazar Union around 10pm on Saturday (May 7). The trader's name is Akhtar Hossain, he is known as a trader of Heyako Bazar.
Monir Hossain, in-charge of Dantmara Investigation Center, said, "We have received information that Akhtar has stockpiled huge amount of oil without being a dealer." In this context, they were rescued by conducting an operation. The rescued oil trader is at Akhtar's house and he said a mobile court would take action in this regard.
If Fatikchhari Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sabbir Rahman Sunny is informed about this, he will take appropriate action.
