Expatriate Bangladeshis pay homage to martyrs in collaboration with CSN at this first temporary memorial in Italy

Great Independence and National Day has been celebrated in a festive atmosphere by constructing this first temporary memorial in Rome, the capital of Italy.
People of different classes and professions pay homage to the martyrs of 1971 at this memorial. A large number of expatriates participated in the event jointly organized by Bangla Press Club and National Online Press Club Italy.
National Online Press Club Italy President Afzal Hossain Roman, Bangla Press Club, Italy General Secretary Lavanya Chowdhury, Honorable Member Senior Journalist Hasan Mahmud, National Online Press Club Italy General Secretary Minhaj Hossain, All European Bangla Press Club Women Editor Mehnas Tabbasum Shelley, Executive Committee Member Malik Manzur Journalist Aminul Islam Russell, Raju Haque, Italian journalist and local media workers were present.
The day-long children's drawing competition, poetry recitation and musical performances were organized throughout the day.
Veteran freedom fighter Lutfar Rahman called upon the people to spread the spirit of the Liberation War by expressing their pride in this event and organizing such events from afar to present the true history of independence among the growing generation.
Among the community leaders present were Channel S Visitors Forum Italy, Bangladesh Samiti Italy, Ital Bangla Self-Improvement and Development Samiti, Italian Awami League, Italian BNP, Juba Dal Italy Branch, Bangladesh Jatiya Krira Sangstha, Mahila Samaj Kalyan Samiti, Mahila Sangstha Italy, Yub Unnayan. Leaders of various organizations, including business associations, World Music Center Rome.
Meanwhile, Bangladeshi community leaders demanded the construction of a permanent memorial through the embassy.
Palash Hawlader, Head of CSN Bangla, the title sponsor of the event, said, "Csn Bangla will always be by your side in such an event.
At the end of the ceremony, prizes were distributed among the winning children and teenagers.
