Admission of students through lottery in Government Pilot High School, Bhanga, Faridpur

A lottery was organized at the traditional Bhanga Government Pilot High School in Faridpur for admission in the 6th class of the academic year 2022 AD.


The admission lottery was held today (December 16) at 10 am on the school premises.


At that time, Bhanga Upazila Executive Officer Azim Uddin Rubel, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer. Mohsin Fakir, Bhanga Upazila Secondary Education Officer Ahmed Jomsed, Upazila Academic Supervisor Prahlad Biswas, Bhanga Government Pilot High School headmaster. Haider Hossain, teachers of the school, students, parents and local dignitaries.

According to school sources, a total of 639 forms have been sold in the school, out of which 629 forms have been submitted. Of these, 369 are boys and 340 are girls, a total of 729. The winners in the lottery are 160 boys and 180 girls. A total of 360 people. Among them, 9 are in the freedom fighter quota, 2% in the disabled quota, 1 in the teacher quota and 1 in the ministry quota.


Addressing the students, Executive Officer Azim Uddin, who presided over the event, said, "Congratulations to those who have won today's lottery and best wishes to those who are unable to be winners." He further said that wherever you are admitted, you have to be enlightened people. We have to take an active part in building Bangabandhu's golden Bengal by becoming enlightened people. That is why every effort should be made to ensure the quality of education in all educational institutions, he added.
