One arrested with stolen autocharger in Naogaon

Police have recovered an autocharger stolen from Manda in Naogaon district. One person has been arrested for being involved in the incident. He was arrested in Hatena on Friday afternoon after an autocharger was recovered from the corner of Kusumba Three Road.
The arrested youth is Uttam Kumar (28). He is the son of Nipendranath Pramanik of Satil village in Tentulia union of the upazila.
According to police, Zakaria Hossain of Bagdob Nichpara village in Mahadevpur upazila of Naogaon came to visit Kusumba Mosque with some passengers in an autocharger. At noon, they left the autocharger in the area adjacent to the mosque and went to offer prayers. The autocharger is lost at any one time during prayers. After searching the area, they informed the police.
Manda Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shahinur Rahman said Sub-Inspector Zahid Hossain recovered the autocharge from Kusumba Three Heads on the basis of secret information.
The OC further said that a man named Uttam Kumar was arrested on charges of being involved in the incident.
He was sent to Naogaon Jail on Saturday, September 18.
