5th batch at the initiative of BMSF Journalist training workshop started

Dhaka Saturday, September 18, 2021: The 5th batch free training workshop organized by Bangladesh Mofsbol Journalists Forum (BMSF) started on Saturday night. On the occasion of the 9th anniversary of Mujib Year and the organization, a three-day virtual training workshop on basic and right to information law in journalism will continue till September 20.
In this virtual training workshop, training of 100 journalists from different districts / upazilas of the virtual country was organized. This training is conducted every night from 8-11 pm through Zoom Link. BMSF Founder and General Secretary Ahmed Abu Jafar inaugurated the course. 393-493 serial holders have been brought under this course.
Saidur Rahman Rimon, Senior Vice President of BMSF and Head of Bangladesh Daily Crime Investigation Cell, Roxana Eva, Joint News Editor of ATN Bangla, Abul Hasan Belal, Secretary of Information and Research Department of BMSF, Tauheed Hasan, Secretary of IT Department, Science and Technology Department were present as speakers. Editor Asaduzzaman Saju. IT Collaborator was Assistant IT Secretary Hasanur Rahman Sumon.
The workshop discussed various aspects of Right to Information Act and television journalism. The journalists participating in the training emphasized on performing their duties strategically, avoiding various problems that may arise in the field of field level news gathering. In addition, various aspects of email, Facebook, fake ID are also emphasized.
In his speech, Ahmed Abu Zafar called upon all journalists to maintain professionalism in the midst of social responsibility.
