 Maulana Kazi Mohammad Harun Jamiri, senior muhaddis of Mirpur Jamia Islamia Arabia, a traditional religious educational institution in the capital Dhaka, said the nation is currently going through an extreme transition. Due to the lack of a unified platform among us, various tribulations are increasing day by day. At this moment, the unified platform of the ulama is an essential demand of the present time. The young ulama have to play a leading role in fulfilling this demand.

He was speaking as the chief guest at an Eid reunion function and discussion meeting at Puran Ramgarh Islamia Azizul Uloom Madrasa auditorium organized by Ittefaqul Ulama Bagan Bazar, a social and religious organization in North Chittagong, today (July 24) at 10 am.

Maulana Mohammad Abdur Rahim, Maulana Nurul Amin, Maulana Mohammad Habibur Rahman, Maulana Kari Mahmud Hasan Kawsar, Maulana Hafeez Mohammad Alauddin and others took part in the discussion under the chairmanship of senior co-president of the organization Maulana Kari Nurullah.
