Italy BNP Presidential Candidate Dhali Nasir Uddin Visits Injured Kamruzzaman Ratan

 Minhaj Hossain, Special Correspondent:

Kamruzzaman Ratan, the former organizing secretary of Italy BNP, was critically injured after being shot by assailants at his business establishment in Rome, Italy, on August 7. After nearly a month of treatment in the hospital, his condition has improved, and he is now recovering at home.

Upon his return to Rome after an organizational tour of various cities in Italy, Dhali Nasir Uddin, a member of the BNP's Special Chairperson's Affairs Adviser Committee, former general secretary of Italy BNP, and current presidential candidate, visited Ratan at his residence. He inquired about his physical condition and wished him a speedy recovery.

Dhali Nasir Uddin expressed his deep concern and outrage over the attack and demanded that the culprits be brought to justice swiftly through the proper application of the law.

During a brief conversation, he said, "Such a brutal attack on a dedicated soul who works tirelessly for the country and the party, even while abroad, has shocked the expatriate community. We believe he will recover and stand by the expatriate Bangladeshis with even greater strength and courage. We will continue to work together to make the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) more dynamic."

Also present at the meeting were former Vice President of Italy BNP Masum Billah, former Senior Joint General Secretary Shah Md. Touhid Kader, former Joint General Secretaries Kazi Abul Bashar, Al Amin Biswas, and A. B. Barek, former Organizing Secretary of Rome Metropolitan BNP Mamun Bepari, Organizing Secretary of Rome Metropolitan BNP Md. Billal, and other leaders and activists from Italy BNP's front and affiliated organizations.
