Blankets were distributed among the helpless winters in Pirganj, Thakurgaon on the occasion of the birthday of Public Rights Council founder VP Nurul Haque Noor.

These blankets were distributed in the morning at the Laboratory School and College premises of the sub-district on Friday (31 January) Thakurgaon District Ex-Member Secretary Professor Abdus Sobhan, Pirganj Upazila Public Rights Council Chief Honorable Abu Bashar Babul, Co-Coordinator of Pirganj Upazila Public Rights Council, Rafiqul Islam, Enamul Haque, Muktarul Islam, including many others were present.
