General Meeting of Greater Faridpur Newspaper Editor Council held

General meeting of the newspaper editor council of greater Faridpur district was held.

The meeting was held yesterday at 3 pm at an elite restaurant in the city.

Secretary council president and editor of Dainik Gansanhati magazine Ashish Podder Biman addressed the meeting chaired by Faridpur press club and editor of Dainik Nagriik Barta Md. Kabirul Islam Siddiqui, editor and publisher of Dainik Khokh magazine Mahboob Ahad, editor and publisher of Dainik Kumar magazine SM Rubel, Dainik Dainik Kumar magazine Abul Hossain Azad, editor and publisher of Daily One Day Khabar magazine, Sanjeev Das. Present among others, Mursid Alam Litu Shikdar, Editor of Daily Time Expectations, Mahboob Pial Chief, Executive Editor of Daily Fatehabad Magazine. The entire program was conducted by the General Secretary of the Editor Council and the editor of the Dainik Bengali Samay magazine Salim Molla.

Everyone must work unitedly to improve the quality of local newspapers, speakers at the meeting. Editors must play a role in publishing objective news. If the local editors of Greater Faridpur work unitedly, it will be possible to play a supportive role in publishing material news. Working on prevention of yellow journalists and improving the quality of news media will be helpful. The Editor Council condemned and protested the ugly activities of the Daily Nagrikdabi magazine's Haider Khan in the Daily Nagarikdabi magazine. At this time Haider Khan is temporarily exempted from the Secretary Council. Several important principles were taken unanimously in the meeting.
