Sohail Rana from Maldives elected as CIP for the 4th time in a row

The government has selected 85 non-resident Bangladeshis as CIPs (Commercially Important Persons) for the year 2021 for making significant contributions to the country's economy.
The Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment announced the list of 85 NRB CIPs selected from all over the world in three different categories for 2021 in a notification issued by the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment last Wednesday.
Out of these 85 selected people, Mohammad Sohail Rana, a prominent Bangladeshi businessman living in the Maldives, has been selected as the Non-Resident Bangladeshi Commercial Important Person (CIP) 2022 in the category of importer of Bangladeshi products abroad from the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment. He has been CIP four times in a row from Maldives.
When talking to CIP Sohail Rana on the phone, he said that for this, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment Minister and High Commissioner of Bangladesh appointed in Maldives Rear Admiral SM Abul Kalam, Mission Council Labor Sohail Parvez and the embassy officials and expatriate Bangladeshi citizens are very thankful to him. ..
It is to be noted that Alhaj Sohail Rana, Chairman of Global Rich Group of Companies, expatriate businessman from Maldives, has been nominated as CIP for the 4th time in a row in the category of importer of Bangladeshi products abroad.
