Awami League leaders led by Mahtab-Alamgir in Belgium to welcome Sheikh Hasina

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has left Dhaka for Belgium. The Prime Minister will attend the Global Gateway Forum held in Brussels on October 25-26 at the invitation of Ursula von der Leyen, EC President of the European Commission.

It left Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:12 yesterday. It is scheduled to arrive at Brussels Zaventem Airport at 18:45 Brussels local time today.

Meanwhile, a delegation led by Muktijoddha Mahtab Hossain, President of Italy Awami League and General Secretary Md. Alamgir Hossain arrived in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, to welcome the Prime Minister.

At this time, the president of Italy Awami League, freedom fighter Mahtab Hossain and general secretary Md. Alamgir Hossain said that besides attending various conferences, the Prime Minister is expected to participate in a civic reception. They also said that the Italian Awami League is completing all these organizational activities according to the instructions of the Prime Minister and urged all the soldiers of Mujib ideals to work unitedly and well organized to win Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina again in the upcoming 12th election.
