An open house day has been held to prevent road accidents, safe highways, road theft and road accidents under the initiative of highway police station in Bhanga, Faridpur.
An open house day was held at the police hall of Bhanga Highway police station on Thursday (October 5) at noon.
It involves banning three wheelers and reducing road accidents and awareness talks to reduce accidents on highways.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Highway Police Madaripur Region Faridpur Circle was present as the chief guest in the event. Maruf Hasan.
Abu Saeed Mohammad Khairul Anam, Officer-in-Charge of Bhanga Highway police station was present as a special guest.
Assistant Superintendent of Police of Madaripur High Region, who appeared as the chief guest, said in response to various questions that Bangabandhu's dream of the Padma Bridge has received a response to the extensive development of 21 districts of South Bengal. In continuation of that, all citizens should come forward to stop three wheelers on highway express, theft, robbery and accidents on the highway. He requested everyone to increase awareness in this regard.

It is to be noted that the members of the Highway Thana Police have conducted strict operations at various times to reduce accidents on the highways and stop three wheelers in order to prevent safe highways, thefts and road accidents. Three wheelers cause most of the accidents on highways. In addition, the highway police also file cases against unfit vehicles and unlicensed drivers.
