A discussion and staff meeting was held on the occasion of the formation of the committee of Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteers Dal Maldives branch. Yesterday, Friday, September 22nd, at 9pm local time, the discussion meeting and staff meeting was held at 9:30pm at the Food Bank Restaurant in Male, the capital of the Maldives. The event was presided over by Md. Masum Munna, candidate for the post of President of the Maldives Volunteers Party, and jointly moderated by the candidate for the post of general secretary, businessman Noornavi Manik / Md. Mahfuzur Rahman. Central Executive Committee President SM Jilani addressed the staff meeting virtually as the chief guest, Rajeev Ahsan, General Secretary of the Central Volunteers participated virtually as the main speaker.

  The president of Maldives BNP, businessman Mohammad Khalilur Rahman, was present as a special guest in the event.

The general secretary of Maldives BNP was present as an invited guest of the worker's rally. Zahirul Islam, and Vice President Md Altaf Hossain, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Volunteers Party Yasin Ali, Organizing Secretary Nazmul Hasan, Secretary of International Affairs Nasir Uddin Ahmed Shaheen, Aslam Fakir Liton, Mohammad Salim Hossain. We are recruiting new leadership to accelerate the organization. Our main goal is to form a strong committee of Maldivian volunteers. The speakers also said that besides protecting our democracy, right to vote, BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia should be freed from false cases and BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman should be brought back to the ground of democracy.
