Naples Awami League has organized the first Bangabandhu Karna inauguration, discussion meeting and doa mahfil in Napoli, on the occasion of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's 48th Martyrdom Anniversary and National Mourning Day in Napoli, Italy with due dignity and solemnity.

Awami League leaders living in Naples, Mamun Hawladar, Eskander Ali, Haji Bachchu Mal, Haji Kabir Moral, presided over the meeting organized on August 20 in a local hall. Awami League leaders Sanjay Bala, Syed Rajeev spoke under the joint management of Anwar Hossain Hiron, Tofail Ahmed and Shamim Mridha. , Jamal Ferdous, Rana Ali, Gholam Mostafa, Hannan, Imran Munshi, Sajeeb Akon and other members and activists of Awami League.

The leaders discussed the struggling life of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Through his memoirs, Bangabandhu's extraordinary ability to unite everyone, regardless of party affiliation, behind the victory in the Liberation War was highlighted. They urged Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to be the head of the government again in the next election and work together from abroad to vote in a boat. Meanwhile, they formed the Naples Awami League Committee under the leadership of Muktijoddha Mahtab Hossain, the president of the Italian Awami League, and General Secretary Md. Alamgir Hossain. He also urged Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to strengthen her hand.
