Exchange meeting of landless people with journalists in Pirganj

Limon Sarkar (Thakurgaon) representative: Upazila Bhumihin Samboy Parishad had an exchange of views with journalists to speed up the movement to recover Khas land from land grabbers in Thakurgaon's Pirganj. The meeting was held at Pirganj Press Club hall on Thursday afternoon.

In various unions of the upazila, attacks on the landless by influential people, lawsuits, non-possession of special land, deprivation of electricity facilities, etc., were discussed in the meeting. Before this, a memorandum was given to the Prime Minister through the Upazila Nirbahi Officer on the 8-point demand of the landless.
