The Greater Barisal family created a groundbreaking history in Ireland's Pitha Mela Ireland

Pitha Mela and Winter Festival held in Dublin in the concern of the extended Barisal family Ireland. The community personalities Zahid Islam and Sharmin Nipa presented the event and the leaders of various regional and social organizations and Barisal diaspora from far away areas of Ireland participated in the event.

In addition to the traditional Bengali pitha, there were several other delicious dishes to be seen. In the event, the expatriates who arrived in colorful clothes danced happily with their families and danced to music, it was like a piece of Bangladesh in the land of the expatriates.

A special attraction for the audience was the question and answer session, where various famous personalities of Barisal and the regional characteristics of different regions were given some ideas and some related questions were also enjoyable and educational.

The organizers commented that our Bangladeshi culture is formed by combining diverse regional customs and traditions. And in the future, they hope that such initiatives will be presented to the expatriates living in Ireland on a larger scale.
