Chhatra League's 75th founding anniversary celebration in Guimaras

The 75th founding anniversary of "Bangladesh Chhatra League" has been celebrated in Guimara of Khagrachari through colorful parade, cake cutting and other events.

On Wednesday (January 4) morning at the Guimara party office, the leaders of the Chhatra League from the upazila and union paid tribute by hoisting the national and party flags and offering flowers to the portrait of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Later, at 10:30 a.m. under the chairmanship of Guimara Upazila Chhatra League President Anand Som, the colorful procession went around the main road of the upazila and came to the party office after offering prayers and cutting a cake. The program of the day ended.

Guimara Upazila Parishad Chairman and Guimara Upazila Awami League General Secretary Memong Marma were present as the chief guest.

Upazila Jubo League President Biplab Sheel, Ibrahim Mir, Rustum Talukdar, UP Chairman Nirmal Narayan Tripura, former student leader Ikhteyar Uddin Palash, Upazila Chhatra League Joint General Secretary Shahadat Hossain Rijon, Saurab Deb Raju, Rezaul Alam Shubo, Saching Marma, Sadar Union Chhatra League President Johnny Organizational Secretary Anik Patwari, Vijay Dutt, Omar Farooq Akash, Md Karimul Haque, Sujoy De Hafchhari Union Chhatra League President Md Russell, Naeem Billah, Sindukchari Union Chhatra League President Md Yusuf, General Secretary Dhiten Tripura along with the leaders of members and affiliated organizations participated in it.
