Discussion meeting on the occasion of Constitution Day in Pirganj

On November 4, Constitution Day was celebrated for the first time in Pirganj of Thakurgaon district. On this occasion, a discussion meeting was held at the meeting room of the upazila at around 10 o'clock on Friday.

Pirganj Upazila District Officer Shaharia Najir spoke in the chair, Upazila Chairman Alhaj Akhtarul Islam said in the meeting that the Constitution is our achievement to be proud of internationally. Because of the unique leadership of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, we got a constitution in a very short time, where the rights of all citizens are mentioned.

Pirganj Mayor Bir Muktijoddha Ikramul Haque, Pirganj Press Club President Zainal Abedin Babul, General Secretary Nasrete Khoda Rana, Noornavi Chanchal and others spoke about the Constitution.

Various officials of the upazila, politicians and journalists were present in the meeting.
