State Minister of Religion Alhaj Md. is one of the two guardians of Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasahs established by the Honorable Prime Minister. Faridul Haque Khan MP and Senior Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Religion Alhaj Syed Najibul Bashar Maizbhandari MP met in an important meeting on Sunday at the Ministry of Religion to implement the decisions and necessary activities of the Eknek meeting regarding Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasa. And both agreed to take immediate steps to implement the necessary activities of Darul Arkam.

Mufti Munawar Hussain, General Secretary-01 of Bangladesh Darul Arkam Teacher Welfare Association Central Committee and Convener of Badashiks Muktijoddha Issan Sangsad, confirmed the truth of this information on Monday (August 1) night.

The Hon'ble Minister of State for Religion expressed sympathy for the inhumane life of the teachers for a long time without getting their salary and allowances and both agreed to take immediate steps to implement the necessary activities including appointment of PD, payment of arrears of salaries and allowances from January 2021.

Alhaj Syed Najibul Bashar Maizbhandari MP said that necessary steps will be taken by meeting in the ministry in the next few days. Director General of Islamic Foundation will also be present in the said meeting, Insha Allah.

Najibul Bashar Maizbhandari MP requested the teachers to be patient and gave instructions to continue the education program in Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasahs.

Incidentally, a meeting of Syed Najibul Bashar Maizvhandari MP was held with the delegation of Badashiks Central Committee last Saturday and at that time he assured to take necessary measures regarding Darul Arkam. Following this, on Sunday (August 31) morning, these two guardians of Darul Arkam met in a meeting with the State Minister of Religion.
