Allegation of making nude video of housewives against Naogaon chairman.

Chairman of Chandipur Union of Sadar Upazila, Naogaon, Md. Rubel Hossain, has been accused of making a nude video of a housewife named Simu Banu (36) of the same union and threatening to spread it on Facebook. In this incident, the victim woman has filed a complaint against 7 to 8 anonymous people including chairman, member of reserved women's seat Mocha Sumi, and 7 others.

According to the complaint, the victim, Mocha Simu Banu, is a cloth merchant. Like every day, while going to sell clothes in the autocharger car last Wednesday, the unidentified people in the autocharger heard that Chandipur UP Chairman was arrested by the police. Then when he met member Sumi while selling clothes near Gangjoa school that morning, he asked her whether he heard that the chairman was arrested by the police when he arrived in the autocharger car. When he called the chairman on his mobile phone, 7 to 8 unidentified men came and slapped him on the cheek. At one stage they beat him with sticks and took him to the chairman's house. After taking him home, the chairman's mother slapped him rudely on both cheeks. The victim's nose began to bleed. At that time, on the order of the chairman, unknown persons including Md. Sharif took him inside the house and beat him with a stick, injured him in different parts of his body and molested him by pulling his clothes. At one point, the chairman forcibly took the mobile phone from him with a false statement that former chairman Bedarul Islam Mukule and Md. Dulal Mahira asked him to spread the word that "Md. Rubel has taken the chairman to the police". At that time, Chairman Rubel made various threats and threatened her that he would strip her naked and release her on Facebook and if she complained to the police station, she would burn her house down.

When UP member Sumi was asked about this on her mobile phone, she asked to meet directly without saying anything on the phone.

In this regard, Chandipur UP Chairman Md. Rubel Hossain's mobile phone was called several times, but it was not possible to get any statement from him.
