Alokit Chandpur expatriate Maldives provided a grant of Rs 1 lakh to the family of the deceased Khokon Mallick. On Sunday (July 3), the family of the late Khokon Mallick, a Maldivian expatriate, handed over a grant of around Tk 1 lakh from the social organization Alokit Chandpur Prabasi Maldives at a restaurant in the Maldivian capital Male. And a prayer meeting was organized for the forgiveness of his soul


The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. A special prayer was offered for the forgiveness of the soul of the deceased and for the longevity and well-being of all the expatriates. President of Maldives expatriate businessman Mohammad Hossain Sumon was present as the presiding guest, Chief Adviser of the organization Mohammad Noor Alam Rintu, Senior Vice President Mohammad Alamgir Majumder, Vice President Mohammad Billal Mia, Mohammad Khalilur Rahman, Mohammad Alamgir Hossain Acting General Secretary Mohammad Billal Hossain , Joint General Secretary Mohammad Noor Alam Bhuiyan, Mohammad Hasan Imam, Organizer Mohammad Abdullah Quader, Md. Russell and other leaders of the organization.


Speaking on the occasion, Mohammad Hossain Sumon, President of the organization, said that Alokit Chandpur is a social and non-political organization. Mohammad Jahangir was given Rs 60,000 in cash and a plane ticket, after which we handed over a grant of Rs 100,000 to the late Khokon Mallick. Grants have also been provided to many more non-partisan organizations.
