The case of a young man who could not sustain the relationship even after marrying a woman twice in Naogaon

Naogaon Juba League leader Aminur Rahman has filed a case in Naogaon Mokam Bijna Badalgachhi Family Court for marrying a woman twice and failing to maintain a relationship with her.

According to the case sources, on June 20, 2019, Tuli Parveen, daughter of Md. Touhidul Islam of Kismat Panchgharia village got married to Md. Aminur Rahman, son of late Sujaul Haque of Paharpur village in Paharpur union of Badalgachhi upazila of Naogaon district. If a dowry of Tk 50,000 is imposed on the marriage, they pay Tk 45,000 for the gold ornaments and complete their marriage registry with Tk 5,000 left. Since then he has been managing the family by maintaining marital relationship.

 Suddenly, on March 17, 2022, while plaintiff Aminur Rahman was out of the house in the party program, who or what came from the house of the defendant's father and misled the defendant Tuli Parveen and took away the father of the defendant.

When the plaintiff went to the house at the end of the program and did not see the plaintiff, he asked the other members of the plaintiff's family and they said that the plaintiff had gone to his father's house. In such a case, if the defendant goes to the father's house to take the defendant that night, the people of the defendant's father's house humiliate the plaintiff and expel the plaintiff from the house without allowing him to meet the defendant.

If the plaintiff then tries to contact the defendant in various ways, the defendant's parents will not allow him to do so. In this situation, on Thursday 24th April 2022, on the occasion of Bengali New Year, the plaintiff went to take the defendant along with Mandal Matabbar to bring the defendant back to his family.

 Meanwhile, without the plaintiff, the family of the plaintiff has become completely obsolete. A lawsuit has been filed seeking a decree restoring the plaintiff's marital relationship with the defendant.

Defendant Tuli Parveen was contacted in this regard and she said that she was being falsely accused of denying her second marriage relationship and that attempts were being made to harass her in various ways. He said that Aminur showed me a fake cabin and claimed me as his wife. But I divorced her again for that cabin.

Meanwhile, while talking to plaintiff Aminur Rahman, he said that what has been described in the case is true. He also alleged that his parents were forcing the defendant to deny the allegations in various ways.

He also said that my first marriage to Tuli Parveen was on December 10, 2013. After that Tuli divorced me on 13th December 2016.

After that she talks to me on the phone to start a new family and threatens to kill Tuli if I don't marry her. I was compelled to marry her again on 20 June 2019 at her own uncle Hasan's house, thinking of her father's domestic condition. After living with me for several days after marriage, he wanted to work for me.

After marriage, Tuli took a job in an NGO called Mausumi. Later one day he suddenly left my house and went to his father's house without informing me. I found out later that he had quit his job and cut off all communication with me.

I was compelled to take her back to my family and on 25-4-22 I filed a case in the Badalgachhi Family Court to recover the marriage. I want to take her back to my home and start a family again.
