On the occasion of the inauguration of the dream Padma Bridge, various events were organized by the Islamic Foundation Faridpur district. In it

Best wishes and congratulations were extended to Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Prayers were offered for the stability of the Padma Bridge, for the welfare of the country and the nation for all and also for the Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The Islamic Foundation organized the event in Faridpur on Saturday (June 25).

On the occasion of the auspicious inauguration of the Padma Bridge, rallies were held on various roads of the city from the Islamic Foundation Faridpur District Office to the Deputy Commissioner's Road.

Sakhawat Hossain (MSS) said that for centuries, the people of the south and south-west of the country have been enduring hardships in traveling and communicating with the rest of the country, including the capital Dhaka. Even occasionally, some of the people who came to Dhaka for emergency treatment died at the ferry terminal. Those incidents are very heartbreaking. Today, much of that suffering is over. So we are very happy.

He further said, Padma bridge is our resource, the resource of the country. There is no counting the number of hours of waiting at the ferry terminal. Not pride or arrogance, but many thanks to Allah.

I extend my best wishes, congratulations and gratitude to the daughter of Bangabandhu, Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for realizing her long dream.
