A prayer mahfil has been held for the recovery of BNP chairperson and former prime minister Begum Khaleda Zia and Khagrachhari district BNP president and former MP Wadud Bhuiyan.

The prayer mahfil was held today (June 18) at 5:30 pm at the Kalabagansh meeting of Khagrachhari district headquarters with the joint initiative of district Juba Dal and municipal, government college and Sadar upazila Chhatra Dal.

Imam of Kalabagan Mosque Maulana Nurul Kabir Arman conducted the prayers and munajat.

District BNP Vice-President Kshetra Mohan Royaja, Secretary MN Abshar, Joint Secretary Advocate Abdul Malek Mintu, Organizing Secretary Abdur Razzak Raja, Abu Taleb, Finance Secretary Mofizur Rahman, District Swechchhasebak Dal President Nazrul Islam, District Juba Dal President Mahbubul Alam. Sabuj, Organizing Secretary Wasim, District Chhatra Dal President Shahed Hossain Sumon, Secretary Jahedul Alam Zahid, College Chhatra Dal President Ashikur Rahman Ashik and other leaders of affiliated organizations were present.
