The police van of the police station was decorated with flowers to take him home by car. A memento of honor was handed over to him. Colleagues also gave various gifts. Police Inspector Bidyut Kumar Chowdhury, SI Babul, Gabur Ali, Shafiqul Islam, SI Lutfar Rahman, Sadhan Chandra Roy, Swapan Kumar Razar and Ashraful Islam along with other police personnel lined up and said goodbye to him with rose petals and fragrant flowers. . At this time all the police members present became emotional. He said that they had organized such a farewell reception to commemorate the day of Sultan Aziz's retirement. In the end, he was taken to his home village in the evening in the adjoining Ranishankail upazila in a well-equipped vehicle.
On the last day of his working life, Sultan Uddin said in such a colorful arrangement, I got the best of my working life. I have worked in different parts of the country for 36 years of my life. I will remember for the rest of my life what the OC Sir arranged for the farewell.
