Two notorious drug dealers were arrested in Naogaon

Police have arrested two drug dealers in Atrai upazila of Naogaon district along with 4.5 kg of cannabis.
Today, January 21, Friday morning, they were sent to Naogaon district, said Atrai police officer in charge (OC) said. Abul Kalam Azad.
The arrested accused are Shahjahan Ali Pramanik (38) of Shimulia village of Atrai Sadar upazila and Sajdul Islam (33) of the same village.
Earlier, RAB raided the bridge area near Shahagola railway station in Atrai upazila around 9pm on Thursday and detained them.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Rafiqul Islam of Natore Camp of RAB-5 said, "After the arrest, four kilograms and 400 grams of cannabis, money and two mobile phones were seized from them."
They were later handed over to Atrai police station after filing a case under the Narcotics Act, the RAB official said.
Today, a drug case has been filed against them and they have been sent to jail through the court.
