An exchange meeting has been held at the initiative of Khagrachhari district branch of Islamic Movement Bangladesh to complete the upcoming Union Parishad elections smoothly.

 The joint organizational meeting was held on Sunday (October 10) at the Esha Matiranga Super Market auditorium under the chairmanship of district president Hafez Maulana Delwar Hossain.

 Central Secretary General of the Islamic Movement Hafeez Maulana Yunus Ahmed was present as the chief guest and Central Naib Amir Maulana Abdul Awal was present as the special guest.

Chittagong Metropolitan Workers Leader Md. Ibrahim Khalil, Student Movement Central Committee Responsible Secretary Ashikur Islam, District Islamic Movement Member Dr. Anwar Hossain, Islamic Workers Movement District President Hafez Jamal Uddin Mridha, General Secretary Muhang Al-Amin, Co-President of Islamic Youth Movement Muhang Alam Hossain, Maulana Chhatra Andolan District Branch President Maulana Rabiul Islam and leaders of affiliated organizations.

 Introducing the candidates to the people present at the meeting, the secretary general of the movement said, "Extreme misery is going on in the country today. There is wailing all around. Conscious people want to get rid of this. Therefore, in order to build a country free from corruption and exploitation, in the coming UP elections, there is a call every morning for the victory of Islamist candidates.
