Prominent vocalist Maulana Alamgir bin Kabir's father-in-law Md. Sirajul Islam has passed away. Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun.

 Hathazari Ichapursh died of a heart attack at his residence at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, September 29.

  He was 65 years old at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons. The shadow of mourning descended on the area after his death. A crowd of people could be seen at home to take a look.

Funeral prayers will be held at 11 am on Thursday at the ground adjacent to Hathazari Ichapur Jan Ali Chowdhury Mosque

Is held. Hundreds of people participated in the janaza. After the janaza, he was buried in the family graveyard. The death of Maulana Alamgir bin Kabir's father-in-law deeply affected various political, non-political and cultural organizations and conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
