Physical examination is starting from next month

j.u students are stuck for semester final exams due to Corona epidemic. The administration of Jagannath University (JU) has decided to take the semester exam in person from October 6, considering the separate process of taking the semester exam even after completing the online midterm exam. According to the decision, the second semester examination will start with a break of at least two-three weeks after the first semester examination. However, if the Corona situation deteriorates, online semester exams will be taken.

Today Tuesday (September 6) JOB Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. These decisions were taken at a meeting of the deans and departmental chairmen of the university chaired by Imdadul Haque.

The following decisions were taken at the meeting:

1. It has been decided to take physical examination in the department / institute of the university from October 8, 2021. However, if it is not possible to take the test physically due to the overall situation, then the test will be taken online.

2. The Dean of the Faculty and the Chairman of the Department / Directors of the Institute will provide the examination routine in consultation and the Controller of Examinations will take necessary steps regarding the conduct of the examination.

3. Transportation facilities will be provided for students to take physical exams on campus.

If you want to know about the worship holiday, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Chanchal Kumar Bose said the examination routine would be arranged that way.

It may be mentioned that the policy of taking online exams of students at Jagannath University was approved in the 65th syndicate meeting yesterday.
