In the end, a young man from Naogaon fell in love with a 16-year-old girl from Faridpur and brought her to Naogaon and left her at the bus stand. A boy named Rajib (22) escaped.

Later, Naogaon Sadar Police rescued the girl after receiving a call on 999. The girl is currently in the custody of Naogaon Sadar Police Station.

The incident took place at noon on Friday, September 18. The victim's house is in Kushumdi village of Faridpur's Rajabari police station.

According to locals and police sources, the girl met Rajib, a youth from Atrai Upazila, on her mobile phone. At one stage a love affair developed between them. On the temptation of marriage, Rajib brought her to his village home on September 10. On Friday morning they came to Dhaka bus stand in Naogaon from Atrai to go to Dhaka. Later, Rajib left the girl at the Shah Fateh Ali counter at the bus stand and fled.

The girl started crying as Rajiv did not come for a long time. At one point, when the locals asked him about the incident, he told them everything.

Eyewitnesses called the National Emergency Service on 999. Later, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Naogaon Sadar Police Station Anis and allied forces rescued the girl and took her to the police station.

The victim said, "I came to the bus stand to go to Dhaka." But Rajiv left me and fled. I am also getting off his phone. Although I know the name of Atrai police station, I do not know the name of Rajib's village house. I ran away without saying anything. '

Naogaon Sadar Police Station OC (Investigation) Rajibul Islam said the girl was rescued after receiving a call on 999. He is currently in the police station. Attempts are being made to contact his family. However, it is being checked whether the girl is telling the truth at all.
