Fridge Cup football tournament held in Kuliyarchar

Kishoreganj Kuliyarchar eminent social worker in the upcoming 5th Chayasuti Union Parishad election, the Awami League candidate for the post of chairman. Fridge Cup Football Tournament-2021 has been held under the patronage of Ujjwal Bhuiyan.

Imtiaz bin Musa Jisan, president of the Upazila Awami League and former municipal mayor, was the chief guest at the inauguration of the Fridge Cup Football Tournament organized by the social organization Rangdhanu Academy at the Chayasuti playground of the upazila on Tuesday (September 21) afternoon.

Sixth Football XI vs Sararchar Football XI participated in the game. Both teams drew 1-1 at the scheduled time of the game. After defeating Sararchar XI 4-3 in tiebreaker, Chayasuti Football XI became the champion.

Mufti Elias Mahmud Qasemi Russell, President of Kuliyarchar Bazar Business Management Committee, prominent social worker Md. Leaders of Awami League and its affiliates including Ujjwal Bhuiyan and contractor Anisuzzaman Sohel.

Sheikh Siraj Jalali from Bangladesh Football Federation was the referee and Atiqur Rahman and Rafiqul Islam Ashiq were the assistant referees.

At the end of the game, the invited guests handed over a fridge to the winning team.
