Darul Arkam Madrasa project will be implemented soon InshaAllah - Planning Minister

 Assuring the speedy implementation of the Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasa project established by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Planning Minister Alhaj MA Mannan said, "I have also been requested by some important ministers of the government to expedite the implementation of this project."


 The Minister expressed satisfaction over the relentless humanitarian service activities of the teachers of Darul Arkam Madrasa during the Corona disaster in the country.


 The minister expressed these views when a teachers 'delegation led by Mufti Zainul Abedin, central president of the Bangladesh Darul Arkam Teachers' Welfare Association, met at the minister's own residence in Sunamganj on Saturday evening (September 25).


 Political PS Mohammad Hasnat was present at the time, Mr. Assistant Jewel.


 Also present were Mufti Munawar Hossain, son of Bir Muktijoddha, Central Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Darul Arkam Teachers Welfare Association, Finance Secretary Maulana Muniruzzaman Gopalganj, Sunamganj District President Maulana Zakaria Mahbub, General Secretary Maulana Mahfuzul Islam Masul, Sylhet District General Secretary Mao.  Education Secretary Maulana Shibbir Ahmed, Moulvibazar District President Maulana Shahed Ahmed, Vice-President Maulana Taibur Rahman, Sunamganj district teachers and others.


 It is to be noted that the Hon'ble Prime Minister approved the project titled "Establishment and Management of Darul Arkam Ibtedai ​​Madrasa" but it was not officially implemented in January 2020.  Since 2020, the teachers working in the project are deprived of their salaries and allowances and are living a dehumanized life.  The aggrieved teachers sought the sympathy of the officials of all the concerned ministries including the Planning Minister for speedy implementation of the project.
