Rimi President, Mosabbir General Secretary of JnU Young Writers Association

The new executive committee of the Jagannath University Young Writers Association has been announced for the new working year. In the committee, Mst. Sadia Sultana Rimi has been nominated as President and Md. Mosabbir Hossain as General Secretary. The new leadership was approved through a notice signed by the organization’s advisers and Associate Professor of the Department of English at the university, Dr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Israfil Alam Rafil.

The notice stated that the newly appointed President and General Secretary have been instructed to form the full committee within the next seven working days and submit it to the Advisory Council for approval.

Expressing her feelings after being entrusted with the responsibility, newly appointed President Mst. Sadia Sultana Rimi said, “Receiving the responsibility of President of the Jagannath University Young Writers Association is a matter of immense joy and pride for me. We will work together to promote free-thinking practices at the university, develop the talents of young writers, and further enrich the literary and cultural arena. A complete and representative committee will be presented within the stipulated time.”

General Secretary Md. Mosabbir Hossain said, “I will make my utmost effort to uphold the trust that the organization has placed in me by assigning me this responsibility. Our journey will continue to develop the writing skills and creativity of young people. We are committed to presenting a strong full committee as soon as possible to accelerate the organization’s activities.”
