Press Secretary exchanges with Dr. Younus Rome journalists to pay tribute to Pope Francis

Bangladesh government chief adviser Dr. Md. Younus arrived in Rome to pay tribute to friend Pope Francis and went directly from the airport at 2.15 pm. There he stayed about twenty minutes.

Chief Advisor Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam spoke directly with local journalists in the Italy capital Rome.

During the exchange of opinions, Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said Professor Younus's personal relationship with Pope Francis was very harmonious. He came to attend the Pope's funeral to pay his last respects to a friend.

Ambassador ATM Rakibul Haque along with Embassy officials were also present at the meeting of journalists.

The funeral of this popular Pope will be Saturday starting at 11am local time. Chief Advisor will join this time in this tribute session. Where high-level officials including government heads from around 130 countries will be present.
