It has been alleged that 14 families who have been living in Pirganj of Thakurgaon for a long time are being tried to evict their land by preparing fake inheritance and creating illegal documents. On Wednesday afternoon, the family members of the victim made such a complaint to reporters in a press conference in their area. They said that 2027, 2032 and 2036 of 2027, 2032 and 2036 of khatian No. 259 of Bairchuna Desiyapara Mauza received by inheritance from the registered owner, 14 families of their clan including Bish Nath have been living there for a long time and are in possession. Field papers are given in their name in the current updated survey. In the meantime, Rafiqul Islam, son of deceased Gamir Uddin of Sinhor village of Bairchuna Union, is trying to evict them from that property by preparing fake heirs and creating illegal documents. Bishnath has already applied to the assistant commissioner (land) of Pirganj to cancel the paper prepared by Rafiqulgong. The application is currently pending as a miss case. Because of this, Rafiqul Islam of Sinhor village is threatening them in various ways to evict them and is trying to seize the land by force.
