Future of HR Professionals: Unveiling Bangladesh's Human Resources Landscape

A seminar with the title "Future of HR Professionals: Unveiling Bangladesh's Human Resources Landscape" was put on by Jagannath University's 13th batch of management studies students. On Saturday, October 7th, the seminar was held and presided over by Professor and Director of MBA Professionals, Md.Mizanur Rahman.

Mohammad Aminul Islam Khan, the head of Square Food and Beverage Limited's human resources division, served as the seminar's main speaker. He worked with the renowned companies like Maasranga Television, Avery Dennison Bangladesh, British American Tobacco Bangladesh Limited (BATB), Coats Bangladesh Limited, Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd and Unilever Bangladesh Limited over the course of his successful 18-year career.

He gave the students some career-related insights throughout the seminar. He spoke about how students might better prepare themselves for the job market by drawing on his own experiences. He had conversations with students on how, based on their own experiences, they could better prepare themselves to succeed in the labour market. The 13th batch student, Faisal Arafin, said that this session will be very helpful for our careers. Beyond our academic knowledge, the distinguished guests at the conference gave us a thorough insight into what employers in the labour market demand from us.
