The leaders and activists of the party have identified a person who was fired from the diplomatic mission of a friendly state located in Rajshahi for abuse of office and subversive activities as the main mastermind of the conflict between Awami League in Rajshahi. His name is Arvind Dutta Bappi. He has recently been extremely active as the Office Secretary of the Nagar Swachhasevak League.

According to relevant reliable sources, Arvind Dutta, a former student of Sylhet's Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, was made the office secretary in the conference of the Metropolitan Volunteer League in 2012. Later, he hid his political position and was appointed as a local staff in a foreign diplomatic mission located in Rajshahi in 2017.

According to sources, Bappi got involved with the local visa syndicate after his appointment. Arvind Bappi was the main tool of the said syndicate and grabbed a huge amount of money by holding the common visa applicants of the respective countries hostage. Not only this, he got involved in local level tendering and recruitment process using the name of diplomatic mission. Bappi influenced his wife and a brother-in-law to get jobs at the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). Ruet also became close to the syndicate controlling the tender process. They stole money from many by giving benefits to people of various levels under the name of diplomatic mission. At one point he became so reckless that he started spreading false information against his office superiors. In 2021, when these misdeeds of Arvind Dutt were exposed, he was fired from there.

Since then, Aurobindo tried to return to politics. Recently, he also started participating in election activities for Awami League candidate AHM Khairuzzaman Liton for the post of mayor in the Rajshahi city election along with other leaders and activists. But here too he creates problems. He is the main architect of the attempt to create a rift in the former Chhatra League Forum, which was working for Liton in the elections. Again, there are allegations that various plots are being carried out to create disunity within the Jubo League. He is also plotting against several strong leaders and activists of Awami League involved in Liton's election process from the beginning. An intellectual of Rajshahi, who is known as an advisor to Mayor Liton, is also being misled under the leadership of Bappi. The representatives of the Sudhi Samaj are not satisfied with these over-enthusiastic activities of his. They believe that such a controversial person has questioned the entire cell regarding the responsibility of Awami League candidate Liton's election media cell. Dissatisfaction has also been created among journalists around him.

On the condition of anonymity, several leaders and activists of the party said that due to the fact that Bandhu Pratim shelters a person dismissed from the embassy of a state, in many cases the wrong message may be sent to them. In addition, having such a person by your side can create big problems in politics.
