The organizing secretary said that thousands of people were killed and injured in Turkey and Syria due to the terrible earthquake. According to the latest news published in various international media, 11,500 people have died and many buildings have collapsed in the terrible earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Thousands of people including children, women and old people are buried under the rubble. There are strong fears that the death toll may exceed 50,000. We are deeply saddened and condoled by this terrible danger of two brotherly countries. May the Merciful Allah Rabbul Alamin grant forgiveness and martyr status to all the victims and condolence to the bereaved relatives. At the same time, I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.
