District President Hafez Maulana Delwar Hossain presided over the conference and secretary Maulana Kawsar Aziz was present as the chief guest of Islami Andolan Bangladesh Central Organizing Secretary (Chittagong Division) Maulana Mufti Delwar Hossain Saki. Central Industry and Commerce Secretary Alhaj Jannatul Islam was present as a special guest. .
In the speech of the chief guest, Maulana Mufti Delwar Hossain Saki said, Islam is the chosen religion of God Almighty, the only way of life. It was sent as a mercy to the people of the world. The direction of the overall activities of mankind is in Islam. Prophet of Allah The Sahaba, the Tabeeen and the Tabeeen have conducted their lives in the light of Islam, starting from their personal lives.
In the speech of the special guest, Alhaj Jannatul Islam said, Islam is a religion of peace. When Islam is established, people of all religions including Hindus, Buddhists and Christians will get their rights back.

At the end of the conference, Maulana Hafez Delwar Hossain was announced as the president, Maulana Kausar Azizi as the general secretary and Maulana Tariqul Islam as the organizational secretary for the year 2023-24 of Khagrachari district branch.
