A reception and discussion meeting was held in Faridpur

On the occasion of Great Victory Day-2022, a discussion meeting was held on the occasion of felicitation of all the brave freedom fighters policemen of the district and on the occasion of Great Victory Day.

The program was organized on Saturday (December 17) at noon in the drill shed of District Police Lines.

The Superintendent of Police remembered all the martyrs with respect at the beginning of the discussion on the occasion of Great Victory Day.

Police forces formed the first armed resistance in Rajarbagh during the War of Independence. Today, Bangladesh Police is proud of those policemen who fought in the freedom struggle. Superintendent of Police Shahjahan promised that District Police, Faridpur will stand by these brave freedom fighter policemen and their families.

Before this, Police Superintendent Md. Shah Jahan laid wreath at the memorial pillar. Later, prayers and prayers were offered there for the salvation of the souls of all the martyrs.
